FROSCHARFF was founded in 1991 and today is not only one of the leading specialists for sales and distribution coaching in the German-speaking area, but is also considered a pioneer in this field.

Many entrepreneurs and sales managers confirm that classic and conventional training courses “off the shelf” are of little use if it is not ensured that what has been learned is actually successfully implemented “on the job”.

We rose to this challenge 31 years ago and took a completely different path:

namely to develop the first tailor-made and target-focused type of sales and distribution coaching with accompanying implementation coaching “on the job”.
