FROSCHARFF was founded in 1991 and is today not only one of the leading specialists for sales and distribution coaching in German-speaking countries, but is also considered a pioneer in this field.

Many entrepreneurs and sales managers confirm that classic training courses and conventional "off-the-shelf" training programs are of little use if it is not ensured that what has been learned is actually successfully implemented "on the job".

We faced this challenge already 31 years ago and have taken a completely different path:

namely to develop the first tailor-made and goal-oriented sales and distribution coaching with accompanying implementation coaching „on the job“.

Interim results allow you to closely track your team's successes in sales and distribution as well as in sales management, and thus see immediately which results have already been achieved within a very short time.

Crucially: 

Our sales and management trainers and coaches are themselves experienced entrepreneurs, sales managers and sales professionals from the field, who have demonstrably achieved success in a wide variety of industries.

We now also train and coach well-known and successful sales and management trainers and coaches in the DACH region and work as keynote speakers.
